30 day RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ferro & Company, we want you to love your purchase! If it's not the right watch for you, here’s how our return and exchange policy works:
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to decide if it's for you.
How to Return: Email us at info@ferrowatches.com, and we'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Condition: For a full refund, the watch must be in new, unworn condition.
Worn Watches: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for watches that have been worn.
Missing Items: If any parts are missing, we will deduct the cost from your refund.
Pre-Orders: For pre-orders, the 30-day return window starts once the watch is delivered to you. Pre-orders may take longer to arrive.
Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item.
- For international orders (except US and Canada), we will deduct US$50 from the refund to cover the outbound shipping, handling, and insurance fees.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If that’s not possible, we will refund via PayPal. Please note, we are not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates for international orders. Refunds will be made in USD based on the purchase price at the time of the transaction.
Refund Process: Once we receive your return and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll start the refund process.
